Kimberly Crest to Host Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

REDLANDS, Calif. – Kimberly Crest House & Gardens will host its annual Royal Tea at the Castle on Saturday, May 10, 2025, offering guests an elegant way to celebrate Mother’s Day.

The event, a long-standing tradition at the historic estate, features a four-course afternoon tea with sweet and savory offerings, paired with a selection of hot teas. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne or sparkling cider and can enjoy live music in the venue’s Italian gardens.

Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the first floor of the Kimberly Crest mansion, shop for fascinators and jewelry, and participate in raffles for unique opportunity baskets. Guests are encouraged to wear vintage-inspired attire and take advantage of photo opportunities with the estate’s picturesque “castle on the hill.”

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Kimberly-Shirk Association, which is dedicated to preserving the historic property and continuing the legacy of benefactor Mary Kimberly-Shirk.
